Serene Waters

Make sure all tv controls work the tv they are by. Also bed lamps should work.

Great location, beds were good, management company was responsive, and pool was nice. We walked in and the drip tray to the air conditioner and furnace was completely full in the attic. The second bedroom ceiling was leaking all over the bed. We had to stay in the comfo to let ppl in and out and wasted the first night. We had a toilet flapper break making the toilet run constantly unless I reached in the back and stopped it. Spiders and cobwebs all off the inside, deck and stairways. All of the clocks were on different times when we arrived and the two main clocks that our battery operated were dead. And to top it off, one roll of toilet paper was included in each bathroom. For our trouble the mgmt company gave us a s’mores kit. Too bad we didn’t have a place to make them. At 350/night, we had a disappointing stay to say the least.

Clean and communicating with the host was quick and easy

Here’s a warm, glowing review you could post:We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this property again! The home was incredibly clean from top to bottom, which made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. There was more than enough space for our group of four adults and two kids, so everyone could spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. The river view was absolutely beautiful and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We loved ending our days gathered by the river, enjoying the peaceful setting and spending quality time together. The kids had a blast taking advantage of the pool and pickleball courts, which kept them entertained for hours. The combination of great amenities, a spacious layout, and such a relaxing location made this one of our favorite vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

This is a beautiful place! We loved the two decks. Property was spacious and owners were very responsive when we had an issue.
