Quietside

Positive: Its a great location on the lake. Its tucked into a quieter part of the lake area and right off the highway. Its a couple minutes into town and it sits next to the Ha Ha Tonka state park (which is great for a walk and very scenic). The condo itself has an elevator with carts to make it easy to bring in groceries and baggage. The neighbors in the complex were also very friendly. I almost dont want to leave a good review so I can keep this location for myself and my family for future visits! But the people who own it deserve the great review. Negative: There really was nothing bad to say and really not anything I didnt like about our stay.

The condo was perfect for our stay! Easy to find, great communication/instructions, very clean, lots of games/movies ect, everything we needed and more in the kitchen, nice playground area, and beautiful view that we enjoyed from the super nice balcony!! We would definitely stay there again! We also liked that it was close to the state park and close to the town for shopping and restaurants.

The condo itself is fabulous. No issues. Clean, comfortable, great location. Be warned, however, that the condo owners association is predatory and unreasonable. I was charged 1000 due to being in the pool after hours and having a floatation device. No property was damaged and no people were hurt, yet my account was debited an arbitrary amount of 1000 for those minor infractions. Do not go into the pool after quiet hours, even if other people are in the pool.
