relaxing retreat

The condo itself is fabulous. No issues. Clean, comfortable, great location. Be warned, however, that the condo owners association is predatory and unreasonable. I was charged 1000 due to being in the pool after hours and having a floatation device. No property was damaged and no people were hurt, yet my account was debited an arbitrary amount of 1000 for those minor infractions. Do not go into the pool after quiet hours, even if other people are in the pool.

Great stay
Property was as advertised. Area is very nice and quiet. Owner was easy to work with and they went out of their way to facilitate removing state tax so I could stay on business travel. Only suggestion is get access to a grill somewhere on the property.

Relaxing stay in the Ozarks
The property was just as advertised. The view and ambience of the back deck was awesome. Instructions were easy to understand. They thought if everything!!!
