Great location, very quiet area with terrific views! Enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Location is right on the water. The cabin is so cute and easy to use. I loved the deck and big kitchen. It is so welcoming and warm. The staff were all great when I had to reach out and very responsive. You can fish and swim right there. There's a marina across the water way and I lived the screened in porch. That saves the inside of the house getting full of bugs. I also loved the vacuum was available to me to clean up throughout the week and I loved the decor. They had tons of outdoor seating and a nice BBQ pit. I also loved the towels, lots of towels! Negative: The hot water smelled like rotton eggs and progressively got worse throughout my stay. By the time I left it was really strong. I let the management know and they are going to preform some maintenance on the property. They said it's the first they heard about it so hopefully it gets resolved quickly. I didnt need hot water too much since it's so hot out but it could have really been a issue when it's cold out. The windows had children hand prints all over them, which isn't a deal breaker for me. I just got some cleaner and washed the windows. The outside trash bin was already full which made it difficult to store trash for the week. Plus I worried about critters getting to it on the porch. That and No closet place. I had dresses and things I wanted to hang up and store my suit cases but all the closets were locked. That was a bummer.

This place had the most amazing views and all of the amenities that we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. The communication with the host was top notch! We will be back again.

This property is a hidden gem right on the lake front of Table Rock Lake! Views for days and then some!!! If you are looking for a small, quaint, yet roomy place, this is your best bet! The house has an amazing open floor plan with plenty of room inside and out for hosting and toasting with your lake friends! Bedrooms & bathroom were nice as well! It was equiped with the basic necessities you would need for a few days. Did I mention the views? For those concerned about accessibility for guests with mobility issues, it was fairly easy to get from the parking pad to the house. A paved sidewalk helps those with a walker or wheelchair get to the house. It does have 5 steps to get into the house, but there is also flat access via grass on the other side of the house. Then guests can enter through the deck door into the house! We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!One last note, make sure you screen shot the map when viewing the directions on your GPS. Some cell carriers loose their signal on Y-20. The 1st right turn is the Brown Concrete Building with Telephone Company Sign. The 2nd right turn is at the T intersection. Should be a black metal fence to the right and wooden fence in front of you. Then you will go straight to the property. Safe travels Everyone!

The house was a very nice and cute cottage/cabin, with an excellent view and outdoor furniture options. There were also basic cooking amenities, such as oil, salt, and pepper. The host was very communicative and fast to respond leading up to and throughout our stay. The only downside was that the shower drained very slowly, leaving us standing in water, and the body wash was out. However, it was an overall lovely two-night stay for our group of five.
