Serenity Springs

This was a great place to harbor during our spring break stay in Hot Springs. While we always chose to drive, it is possible to walk to Central Avenue and down Bath House Row which is where all the day and night life is. It says in the description of the house that it is not ADA accessible. Believe it. My spouse is a bit older, and he made it, but remarked every time he climbed the concrete steps out front. Additionally, the house appears to have been added on to through the decades as no floor is exactly level. I thought it added to the charm. If you have an issue (we did), do not hesitate to contact the number on your reservation information. Someone was available after hours. They took care of it. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying a glass of wine that last night in town.

Kitchen was not well equipped. This house was flipped and the floors were uneven to the point the flooring is cracked. Dampness issues galore. Front lawn is thick moss. Both my daughter and I got sick and were in pain from mold exposure.

This was within walking distance to downtown and venue of the film festival we were in Hot Springs to attend. Perfect location and on a very quiet street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The restaurants and the Hot Springs were all in walking distance. Great Location would definitely stay there again.
